- Items must be in resalable condition; we cannot accept returns for items that have been damaged, altered, or are missing parts.

**How to Initiate a Return:**

3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging, if possible, and ship it to the address provided by our Customer Service team.

**Refund Process:**
- Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
- Please allow 1-2 billing cycles for the refund to appear on your credit card statement.
